The master switch
It overrides everything. Only the functions ticked below enforce, and only while this says enforcing.
Which functions enforce
Ticking one changes nothing on its own — the list is saved when you press Save, and nothing in it refuses anybody until the switch above says enforcing. The spec's order is the rarest calls first: vendor-bank-details and vendor-documents, then the rest of the vendor side, then ratings and sign-up, and the payment functions last.
Before you enforce anything
- The attested build of every app that calls it has been live on both stores for 14 days, and over the last 7 days missing is under 1% of that function's app-path calls.
- Android is held by the Play decode quota (F34). Google's default is 10,000 decodes a day and one stall's rush can spend a third of it, so an exhausted quota quietly stops verifying instead of refusing. Do not enforce on Android until the verdict is cached, the quota form is granted and the per-address budget re-derived.
- Rolling back is the button at the top of this desk, and it takes up to 30 seconds to reach every caller.
